Join The Thirteen as we explore Romantic ideals in music, featuring works by Barber, Brahms, Bruckner, neo-Romantic George Walker, and more. First performed by The Thirteen in 2016, the centerpiece of this concert, Samuel Barber’s Reincarnations, sets ancient Irish poetry with lush harmonies and exciting rhythms.
