This year I had the great pleasure of contributing vocal solos to the liturgy at Emmanuel Episcopal Church in Baltimore for Holy Week. Due to the pandemic, Emmanuel created very high quality digital productions to be streamed from home. In addition to hymns, psalms, and a Passion setting, I enjoyed performing “The trumpet shall sound” with Christian Lane (organ) and Jonah Kapraff (trumpet). Not a typical Holy Week by any means, but nonetheless one full of high quality music making!
